I am a UX Research & Product Design leader living and working in NYC. I have a keen interest in art, culture, environmentalism, and social politics. I’ve managed Designers at two mission-driven organizations: DoSomething, the largest nonprofit dedicated to youth volunteering; and Panorama Education, a leader in student voice surveys and student support tools. Prior to managing, I worked as an Individual contributor at Shopbop, an Amazon subsidiary. I also worked on Webby-nominated sites, such as Playwrights Horizon and NY Blood Center. I hold a Master's in Communication Design from Pratt Institute. When I'm not working, you can find me doing yoga, curating Spotify playlists, and lurking in Brooklyn, where I've lived for over 19 years.

• advocate for design so that leadership decisions are based on the intersection of business and user needs.
